What are your business hours?

Our online store is open 24 hours a day. Hours do vary by event and each event will have the date, time, and location posted.

Do you provide classes or workshops?

Absolutely! We offer a range of classes and workshops for crafters of all levels. Visit our website or stop by our store for details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unaltered items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. If we can’t correct the issue, we will accept returns within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Note that clearance items may not be eligible for returns.

Do you ship?

Yes, we do ship items within the United States. Any necessary production time will be listed with the items in our shop and may add time to the overall delivery. We ship the most economical method available based on the size and weight of the item. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Because many of our products are bendable, we may reinforce packages with chipboard or cardboard to prevent bending. This makes the package rigid and may slightly increase the shipping cost.
