General Refund and Returns

Please get in touch with us if you have an issue with your order. We are happy to work with you to correct any problems. Otherwise, we offer a 14-day return policy for select items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-refundable items included:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-order items
  • Downloadable or printable files, designs, kits, etc.
  • Crop, retreat, workshop, and class fees

If refunded, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method where possible. Most refunds take 5-7 days to process; however, some may take longer, depending on bank processing times.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Fees for crops, retreats, workshops, classes, and other in-person events are generally nonrefundable. If we cancel an event, we will try to reschedule or give you access to an event of equal value.

If you cannot attend an event you have paid for, we cannot refund you. Please contact us at crops@frontpagecreations.com to see if we can make alternate arrangements.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
