Join us this October for some Down on the Farm crafting fun! Our 4-Day retreat kicks off on October 1st. Bring your crafting favorites, whether it is scrapbooking, card making, diamond dots, or something else!
Down on the Farm Fun
Join us at the Waterin’ Hole for drinks – coffee & water provided; cans of soda will be available for purchase.
Drop by the Chuck Wagon each night for a snack! We will provide a nightly snack (Saturday is chicken tenders and a side) to keep your creativity fueled.
Enter your best work in the Crop County Fair!
We will award winner ribbons Sunday morning.
The rules are simple:
1. Must be something you’ve made/completed in the last year.
2. Must be submitted by 12 p.m. Saturday.

Classes!
Several classes will be offered throughout the retreat. Prices will vary.
You can include classes taught by Becky and/or Marsha on your customer checkout form (cash or card accepted). Pay for classes taught by others directly to the teacher (cash/exact change is always appreciated).
The schedule & sign-up form will be available at the crop.
You may need basic tools like a paper trimmer, scoring tools, adhesive, scissors, pen/pencil, etc. We have noted any specific tool needs below so you can bring your own (we will try to have some tools to share).

Crop Room Information:
*Contact the resort directly for lodging! (606-286-4411)
*Crop room is in the lodge (344 Caveland Drive, Olive Hill, KY).
*Crop room opens on Thursday at 12 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
*No outside food permitted in the crop room.
*Electric is available; please bring your own extension cord.
*Bring headphones/ear pods so you don’t disturb others.
*Wear layers – the temperature in the room fluctuates.
